In traditional healthcare systems, patients often face challenges such as long wait times, geographical barriers, and limited access to specialists. Additionally, the recent global health crisis has highlighted the need for reliable remote healthcare solutions.
Solution
The Telemedicine Online Health Consultation App provides a comprehensive solution by facilitating secure and convenient online consultations. This platform empowers users to connect with healthcare professionals, book appointments, discuss medical concerns, and receive prescriptions, all from the comfort of their homes.

Research and Discoveries
User Interviews: Conducted interviews with potential users to understand their pain points and expectations related to remote healthcare services.
Information Architecture: Based on the research findings, we restructured the app's navigation and content, prioritizing features and information according to user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: We designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on user feedback. Afterward, we built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.
